Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of fintech programs including digital wallet, deposit account, cash advance, and credit card products
• Ensure compliance with regulations by maintaining relationships with sponsor banks and overseeing program monitoring
• Collaborate with various teams to drive operational excellence and oversee new product feature implementations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of program management and/or operations experience in the financial services industry
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure
• Proven ability to assess problems and implement timely solutions
• Experience communicating with all levels of company management and third-party vendors
