Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee human resources duties and manage daily operations of the contract
• Ensure timely fulfillment of Government worldwide assignment requests and coordinate logistics
• Implement efficient operational procedures to ensure quality service delivery

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing program operations in a dynamic, international environment
• At least five years of experience in human resource management and financial management
• Experience with worksite/assignment tracking and stakeholder communications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field is desired
• Experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract is preferred
