Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive internal and external execution to achieve performance metrics and conduct regular audits
- Define, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators while developing strategies for process optimization

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in contact center leadership or relevant operations
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a metrics-driven environment
- 4+ years of experience in operational process improvement projects
- Proven track record of managing vendor performance and standards
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage resources effectively
