Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive internal and external execution to achieve performance metrics and conduct regular audits
  • Define, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators while developing strategies for process optimization
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams for change management
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in contact center leadership or relevant operations
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in a metrics-driven environment
  • 4+ years of experience in operational process improvement projects
  • Proven track record of managing vendor performance and standards
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage resources effectively
