Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or project management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong project management skills
• Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Working knowledge of business resilience principles, including risk management
