Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and manage staff performance in a healthcare revenue cycle management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach supervisors and collectors to achieve performance standards
• Ensure effective communication of expectations and workflows to staff
• Monitor performance metrics and support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
• Preferred 5 years in a management role, particularly in medical collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Experience with documentation and reporting tools
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
