Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager-LEAF Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate teams handling customer requests and discrepancies
• Develop and implement procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
• Manage transaction approvals and ensure compliance with credit and loan conditions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years related experience, or 11 years of combined education and work experience
• Minimum of 2 years managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of the leasing industry
• Experience managing large and complex teams preferred
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software
