Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site readiness activities and manage the provisioning lifecycle of orders
• Coordinate test and turn-up readiness, including stakeholder alignment and scheduling
• Monitor ticket statuses, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution for all service requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to ensure high levels of productivity and quality
• Experience in assisting with administrative tasks and reports as designated by the Team Leader
• Work authorization in the U.S. that does not require employer sponsorship
