Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager (MES) to oversee operations and infrastructure services in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and supervision of functional teams, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
• Oversee the implementation of the Provider Services module and manage project budgets ranging from $1M to $5M
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for operations while coordinating daily team activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of healthcare provider experience, including 3+ years in management
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid Business Operations Center and infrastructure processes
• Experience with compliance of guidelines and service level agreements
• Ability to work well in a matrix team environment
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite applications
