Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational execution within its Operations Business Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to meet service levels, quality standards, and productivity targets
• Lead and develop the frontline loan service team, fostering engagement and performance excellence
• Monitor operational metrics, implement action plans for improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in consumer lending or financial services
• Proven experience managing teams in high-volume operational environments
• Strong understanding of operational controls and regulatory requirements
• Experience driving process improvements and operational change initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to inform decisions using data
