Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Services to lead their Data Quality Assurance Production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team focused on continuous improvement
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of data production workflows that meet customer specifications
• Manage day-to-day operations, including incident resolution and project coordination for key data products

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an operations or production environment, with at least 3+ years of direct people leadership experience
• Proven track record of leading and developing frontline production staff or quality assurance specialists
• Strong background in Quality Assurance methodologies and operational process improvement
• Ability to be a data-driven change agent with a growth mindset
