Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles
• Strong program/project management skills with experience in cross-functional system rollouts
• Experience designing and implementing systems for scale
• Data-driven problem solver comfortable using SQL, Looker, or similar tools
• Self-starter with high ownership and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments
