Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager (Eastern Region).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Sales and Operations to enhance file flow and improve regional processes
• Support load balancing and manage processor and LOA pipelines for efficient workflow
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring adherence to mortgage guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage operations, processing, underwriting, or sales support
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Sales and Operations teams
• Advanced knowledge of underwriting and mortgage guidelines
• Experience in conflict resolution and managing challenging situations
• Strong organizational skills and task management capabilities
