Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager (Remote) to drive quality and performance across day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SLA and performance tracking across vendors and operational workflows
• Analyze quality, performance, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop data-backed recommendations for operational changes and implement approved improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, quality, or business process roles, preferably in SaaS or technology-enabled environments
• Experience owning quality and SLA performance, including measurement and corrective action
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with raw data and reports
• Experience acting as an operational escalation point and driving root cause analysis
• Proven ability to create and maintain clear SOPs and training materials
