Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Partner Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary execution partner to Managing Directors, owning planning, prioritization, and delivery across partner portfolios
• Own operational readiness and execution of program launches and major partner initiatives across partners and programs
• Design, standardize, and improve Partner Services workflows, documentation, and operating rhythms

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Bachelor's degree required; 4-6 years of experience in operations, project and/or program management, or client services in higher education
• Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across teams
• Strong operational judgment and project management discipline
• Proactive problem solver, comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Ability to build structure and anticipate risks
