Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager for a remote position in support of a federal agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and service delivery, ensuring system uptime and reliability
• Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents and manage release coordination
• Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity mandates and support automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in IT operations, including federal IT operations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• ITIL v4 certification
• Ability to pass the Public Trust investigation and maintain eligibility, including US citizenship
