Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager I to lead and manage operational staff and client portfolios in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage staff performance and development
• Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with billing procedures and documentation
• Develop relationships with clients and address concerns promptly while representing the company at client meetings

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, overseeing at least 5 employees
• Hospital revenue cycle experience preferred
• Familiarity with state and federal programs
• Experience with hospital systems such as STAR, EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech
