Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small operational team, overseeing work prioritization, delegation, and performance metrics
• Contribute to projects aimed at innovating care navigation processes and operational workflows
• Utilize analytics to drive decision-making and evaluate project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital health operations, management consulting, or related fields
• Experience in building new programs from scratch
• Strong project management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to analyze data and apply a metrics-driven approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) procedures is preferred
