Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee the culture, engagement, and performance of the campaign while managing and developing direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop team leads to enhance team efficiency and meet performance standards
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Operations Director to achieve client and organizational objectives
  • Lead audits and process improvements to enhance business operations and employee experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years in a Contact Center Sales Operations Management role preferred
  • 3+ years in an Operations Manager/Leadership role required
  • Experience managing contact centers with over 200 employees
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Outlook, and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
