Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the EC Experience team to operationalize the EC Lifecycle strategy and support strategic priorities
• Own and drive operational initiatives and cross-functional programs from planning through execution
• Track progress against goals, identifying risks and coordinating solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of building and optimizing operational processes
• Experience creating queries and extracting insights from data
• Excellent project and/or program management abilities
• Prior experience working with engineering and product teams
