Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of progressive experience in operations, including call center and claims environments
  • 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of call center operations and claims processing workflows
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
