Key Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff and monitor site staffing levels while executing the quality control program
• Lead and supervise the contract workforce, serving as the point of contact for performance and quality issues
• Disseminate program information on ICA policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5 years of experience
• Experience in project management, data analysis, and financial analysis
• Background in marketing and public affairs
• Knowledge of organizational management and business process improvement
• Experience in managing contract workforce performance
