Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to manage and direct business activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and implement processes for efficiency in placing and tracking business
• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding case activity, design, underwriting, and sales strategies
• Provide proactive customer service and support service initiatives to enhance channel performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent GED
• Three years of experience in sales, underwriting, case design, and/or case management processing
• Proficient in a Windows environment with excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
• Knowledgeable in case design, underwriting, case management, and advanced sales
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
