Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee healthcare professional content development and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee requests for product IDs and content for the Professional Education Hub
• Collaborate with program managers to create and review collateral for compliance with policies and guidelines
• Manage program-related vendors and develop program materials in coordination with staff and advisory panel members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum three (3) years of project management experience
• Experience in medical professional education, social media, marketing, and branding is preferred
• Strong appreciation for creative content and its connection to broader organizational goals
• Proven ability to develop new ideas based on understanding of educational and clinical practices
