Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Own and improve core agency workflows and maintain SOPs for consistency and scalability
Support the implementation of new processes and technologies to enhance business operations
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and communicate operational updates effectively

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
Proficiency in SharePoint and Office 365, with strong Excel skills
Prior business operations experience in a digital agency preferred
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred
Experience with data migration and mapping is a plus
