Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Staff Engineer - Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end content production workflow, including editorial review, QA, and release deployment
• Act as the primary point of escalation for content quality issues and facilitate root cause analysis
• Support product launches by coordinating readiness across content completeness, QA sign-off, and regulatory reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or content operations
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical content, or regulated industries
• Experience designing and documenting operational workflows for cross-functional teams
• Data-driven approach to operations with the ability to define metrics and build dashboards
• Familiarity with agile product delivery and working alongside software engineering teams
