Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Projects Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective onboarding, training, and performance management
• Oversee project operations support and ensure compliance with client and internal requirements
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support project success

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an Operations or PMO role, with at least 2 years in a management position
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in construction management or real estate is preferred
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel skills
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
