Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager for their Customer, Value and Trust (CVT) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage operational processes across the CVT team in partnership with functional leads
- Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks throughout the customer lifecycle
- Own dashboards and reporting cadences for team performance and customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a related field, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and translate insights into actions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on business operations
- Experience managing operational tools, including CRM and project management systems
