Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and develop team leaders and travel consultants in delivering operational services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor individual and team performance goals under the guidance of the Director of Operations
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to travel consultants based on performance observations
• Oversee work processes and seek improvements to ensure company objectives are met

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with three to five years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proactive approach to systems and processes
• Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Focus on process improvement and key performance indicators
• Demonstrated initiative and leadership qualities
