Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing campaign culture, engagement, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an understanding of client expectations and customer needs
- Guide the team to achieve performance metrics and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with Human Resources to manage staffing, goal setting, and employee development
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years in a Contact Center Operations Management role preferred
- 3+ years in an Operations Manager/Leadership role required
- Experience managing contact centers with over 200 employees
- Advanced understanding of Contact Center Workforce Management and IT/Telephony systems
