Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing campaign culture, engagement, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of client expectations and customer needs
  • Guide the team to achieve performance metrics and recommend corrective actions
  • Partner with Human Resources to manage staffing, goal setting, and employee development
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years in a Contact Center Operations Management role preferred
  • 3+ years in an Operations Manager/Leadership role required
  • Experience managing contact centers with over 200 employees
  • Advanced understanding of Contact Center Workforce Management and IT/Telephony systems
