Key Responsibilities

• Manage Field Service Supervisors, Technicians, and Partners to ensure compliance with company guidelines
• Oversee training and development of department employees and resolve escalated work orders
• Provide financial oversight and manage day-to-day operations of the system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of related experience, including 2 years in operations management
• Experience in service provider networks and ability to interpret technical instructions
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of FTP, Telnet, and SSH protocols
• Ability to analyze data and handle confidential information
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task under pressure
