Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of card-based and supplemental benefit offerings

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of operations experience, ideally in a health plan or vendor
• Familiarity with card-based and supplemental benefits
• Experience with cross-functional project management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing improvements
