Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee service delivery and contribute to the development of a compliance-oriented MSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the AutoTask PSA system for service delivery, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement the operating model for a compliance-oriented MSP
• Manage resource capacity and project intake processes to ensure efficient project execution and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience in a Microsoft partner, MSP, MSSP, or professional services environment
• Direct experience in building or scaling an MSP operating model, including service catalog and SLAs
• Hands-on experience with AutoTask or similar PSA administration
• Proven track record in resource management and capacity planning within a services organization
• Strong knowledge of project management platforms like Moovila or Smartsheet
