Job Summary
Managing day-to-day operations remotely, the full-time Operations Manager will oversee a team of frontline supervisors and staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery while tracking Key Performance Indicators and fostering team engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team performance and maintain communication with external partner points of contact
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, training, and quality control initiatives while fostering a quality-focused team culture
- Evaluate team engagement and wellbeing, addressing personnel issues and implementing development programs
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a support Team Lead or in a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office
- Experience in managing and mentoring other people managers
- Strong ability to detect and mitigate team and employee risks
- Proven track record of building positive relationships with employees and partners
