Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading and optimizing warehouse and logistics operations in a fully remote capacity, the Operations Manager will ensure efficient inventory flow, fulfillment accuracy, and scalable operational processes while managing third-party logistics and implementing inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and returns
• Evaluate and redesign warehouse layouts and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
• Manage shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment management
• Experience overseeing warehouse operations remotely and managing distributed operational teams
• Proven experience redesigning warehouse workflows and layouts
• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing inventory management systems
• Strong logistics and transportation management experience, including carrier and freight coordination
