Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing all warehouse duties, the full-time Operations Manager will oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities related to incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Study shipping documents to determine priorities and work assignments, facilitating timely deliveries
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with OHS and safety policies while managing communication across teams

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in warehousing and shipping
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Forklift knowledge and competency certificate is a plus
