Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the operational backbone of the Solutions AI delivery organization, the full-time Operations Manager will manage capacity planning, staffing, and financial performance while ensuring alignment across projects and resources in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own capacity planning and staffing for Solutions AI Engineers, aligning resources to projects based on skills and availability
• Build and maintain capacity and revenue forecasts based on pipeline and active projects
• Establish operating cadences to ensure consistent execution across engagements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services Operations or Delivery Operations
• Proven experience with resource planning and capacity management
• Experience with forecasting and financial planning in a services environment
• Proficiency with PSA/PM/CRM tools such as Float, Jira, and Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Professional Services financials and associated tools
