Job Summary

Collaborating with executive leaders, the full-time Senior Manager Operations will oversee vendor management, contracting negotiation, and financial processes for the Clinical and Revenue Cycle Business Office while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure clarity and accountability in agreements
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to support operational alignment
• Implement initiatives for healthcare growth and business development to achieve strategic goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, health systems, or consulting, with leadership experience in health insurance or ACO arrangements
• Demonstrated success in implementing healthcare growth initiatives
