Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting national account strategy and data-driven sales planning, the full-time remote Operations, Planning & Administration Manager will manage seasonal title execution, validate metadata, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee seasonal title and metadata management, ensuring accuracy across publication details and communicating corrections to stakeholders
• Manage comp strategy processes, including setting deadlines, refining comp choices, and distributing historical sales reports
• Generate and deliver sales reporting and insights, responding to ad hoc requests from sales leadership to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills for data management and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workflows
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales and editorial teams
