Operations Manager

Job Summary

Focused on driving operational excellence, the remote Manager of Operations for Global Business Applications will manage operational reviews, resource planning, and financial forecasting while collaborating with leadership to ensure successful client delivery and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence in partnership with GBA leadership
• Facilitate operational reviews and advanced reporting for accurate financial and utilization forecasting
• Monitor execution of staffing and resource management procedures to ensure operational alignment across the organization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivery operations, business operations, or consulting operations
• Strong understanding of consulting operations, including sales pipeline, delivery forecasting, and financial performance
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus
• Experience building and improving operational processes and governance models
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
