Job Summary

To support operational excellence within the Project & Development Services team, the full-time remote Operations Manager will implement and optimize project delivery frameworks for large-scale capital projects, ensuring high-quality, client-ready deliverables while maintaining compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and adapt project delivery processes to meet client requirements and maintain documentation
• Leverage technology platforms to maximize efficiency and automate processes for improved data accuracy
• Monitor team performance and establish protocols for data management and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in project management, operations, or project controls roles within corporate real estate or construction
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital projects with budgets exceeding $50M
• Strong proficiency with project management software and data analysis platforms
• Technology-focused mindset with a track record of leveraging tools to enhance efficiency
