Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of a nonprofit, the part-time Operations Manager will manage vendor relationships, provide administrative support, and maintain technology systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage vendor and contract relationships, including software reviews and negotiations
  • Provide communications and administrative support, overseeing logistics for meetings and events
  • Build and maintain a technology systems inventory, tracking licenses and gathering feedback on system needs
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in administration, operations, or IT support roles preferred
  • Experience managing vendor relationships or contracts
  • Familiarity with basic IT and office systems, including Google Workspace and Slack
  • Experience with SaaS platforms such as Asana, DocuSign, or Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
