Job Summary

Leading teams to ensure smooth operations of program and business processes, the full-time Operations Manager will manage multiple teams responsible for coordination, quality assurance, and project management in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations teams and manage tasks including coordination, communication, and quality assurance
• Ensure adherence to program guidelines and manage project and process management activities
• Support data management for program, field, and business development initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations management
• 2+ years of experience in people management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in managing internal-facing operations teams
• Ability to meet applicable DOT qualification requirements if necessary
