Job Summary

To enhance survey operations and customer engagement initiatives, the full-time remote Operations Manager will oversee survey onboarding, manage customer communications, and support operational reporting while coordinating system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage survey onboarding, setup, and rollover activities to ensure accurate and timely program launches
  • Support CRM-driven customer engagement initiatives and improve respondent experiences across communication channels
  • Develop and maintain operational reports and performance metrics to analyze trends and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting business operations, CRM platforms, and survey management programs
  • Experience managing complex business processes and cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in creating reports and operational metrics
  • Familiarity with Agile or fast-paced operational environments
