Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day operations of a market-leading business, the remote Head of Operations will optimize and scale operational processes to support hundreds of venture capital firms globally while ensuring seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operational infrastructure of the fund administration business and ensure service delivery to VC firms
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability for client experiences
• Build and lead a high-performing team of fund operations and customer success professionals across multiple time zones

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fund administration leadership
• Proven track record of scaling fund operations in a high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of venture capital fund structures and regulatory requirements
• Experience building and leading remote teams across multiple geographies
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
