Job Summary

To drive operational success for a premium tobacco retail program, the full-time Operations Manager will manage scheduling, logistics, and compliance while collaborating with Field Operations Managers and client stakeholders in Southlake, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Manage field scheduling and workforce allocation to ensure proper coverage
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and program materials while tracking activation schedules
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and validate reporting accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or workforce management
• Advanced organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities
• Excellent skills in communication and cross-functional collaboration
