Job Summary

To support a technology company with sensitive operations, the part-time contract Operations Manager will manage account provisioning, access management, and compliance processes while enhancing operational efficiency and collaborating with various teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customer account setup and configuration tasks in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with internal teams across multiple deployment environments to streamline operational processes
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and propose updates to operational runbooks as needed

Required qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level experience in operations management, preferably in a technology or security-focused environment
• Strong program and project management skills with a proven track record of executing complex operational initiatives
• Experience with internal administrative systems and structured workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in high-volume, multi-system execution work
• Comfortable working in a high-trust, high-accountability environment with clear written communication skills
