Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end service delivery operations for a large-scale technology deployment program, the full-time remote Operations Manager will manage incoming deployment requests, coordinate resources, and ensure accurate project tracking and revenue capture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project intake, setup, and scheduling of field consultants based on project requirements
• Ensure project delivery logistics are on schedule and proactively resolve any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate financial records and support invoicing processes for completed projects

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, or project management
• Experience in IT services, technology deployments, or field services preferred
• Proficiency with work-management or PSA platforms (e.g., Wrike) and resource scheduling tools (e.g., Resource Guru)
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects with strong organization and accuracy
• Familiarity with enterprise service delivery systems, such as SAP Fieldglass or SAP Ariba, is a plus
