Job Summary

To support national expansion, the full-time Head of Operations will manage wellness testing operations, overseeing processes at partner clinics and labs while also developing strategies for operational efficiency in a remote environment.

• Manage all aspects of wellness testing operations, ensuring smooth execution at partner clinics and labs
• Monitor and execute existing operational processes while developing strategies for improvement
• Collaborate with a small team to drive innovation in health and fitness technology

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Management
• 4-6 years of experience in Operations
• Familiarity with the health and wellness industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
