Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the Talent Solutions leadership team, the full-time Operations Manager will manage day-to-day operational execution, enhance process improvements, and facilitate resource planning in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational workflows and standards across Talent Solutions
• Track utilization, capacity, and engagement metrics while reporting insights to leadership
• Oversee resource planning and workload balancing to ensure effective utilization and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or a related field
• At least five years of experience in operations, project management, or a professional services environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive execution through influence
• Strong analytical skills with financial literacy to interpret performance metrics
• Project management experience with a process-oriented mindset
