Job Summary

Supporting operational excellence initiatives remotely, the full-time Global Operations Manager will execute process improvements, maintain operational standards, and ensure consistent service delivery across assigned regions or service lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute operational strategies and initiatives to enhance service delivery effectiveness and monitor daily operations for quality compliance
  • Partner with operations team members to coordinate activities, support team development, and promote collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and quality enhancement, implementing best practices and maintaining operational documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate, facilities management, operations, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and operations technology platforms, with a preference for Corrigo experience
  • Demonstrated ability to support large-scale initiatives and cross-functional programs
  • Innovative thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to work effectively across teams, time zones, and organizational levels
